Ok so I tried the 4 cent stamp with the "without united states" and "non domestic" under the return address with only using the fully spelled out state name and no zip. Used a 4 cent stamp. BOOM it works. Sent mail from Oklahoma to California. Arrived in 4-5 days. going to be sending more tests out to see what happens. Would appreciate if anyone knows about the laws or has links to the postal rate and why its that rate for the non corporate post office.
also would like everyone else to send some letters like this. if this works and you know people you could engage on the topic sending these letters is a great way to get people to wake up. Because they will investigate what is going on on with the non domestic etc. and its cheap so we can get people talking about it.
This is awesome! Thanks for further verifying this non-domestic correspondence!
Me does not have any links for non-corporate postage at the moment, but based on the tests already shown by the Guide here, we already know that it works for the states Washington, Virginia, and Tennessee, along with aforementioned Oklahoma and California. That's a pretty far range.
It likely caps at 4 cents postage within every state (technically 2, but some say 3), considering that the statutes were never updated since 1863!
It actually made me consider the meaning of post, which could be interpreted as within the military. However, this link ( https://web.archive.org/web/20190619163916/http://www.usavsus.info/USA-Biblical%20Post.html ) gives alternative definitions. So far, it looks innocuous, but if nothing else, one could use put* or message in place of post (message box, message board, message office, message service, keep you messaged).
Other than that, how did thou actually get a response as to whether the letters were gotten? Online services only use United States as far as me is concerned.
It would be excellent for others to even become aware of this, so thanks for the reminder!
*It's not called shot post, for example! It does sound more awkward, though.
Have sent many letters state-to-state, non-domestic, but my latest view is the drop-letter rate is for local letters that one 'drops' at the local post office for delivery by that post office.
Wonder if the various post offices overlooked them, when sending state to state. My local post-office started pushing back, but those were letters for delivery in other states.
Nonetheless, the two-cent local drop-letter rate is cheap and could help educate people about difference between states and the federal alliance govt.
I confirmed another was sent from Oklahoma to Ohio. Took about a week this time. I think if your info is accurate then this is the postage amount. We should follow up with why they are pushing back. Get some answers. Would like to make a guide. Seriously if this works this is the eye opener for many. Its clearly labeled without united states. People will start asking questions.
