Why does everyone presume ‘U.S. Individual’ means men and women?

Also, we have given name and family names, not first and last names.

Only businesses have security numbers. Calling it a social security number and tying it to pension benefits is just lipstick on a pig.

Why does everyone go along when feds and state officials say this statute applies to ‘persons’ instead of ‘people’? The founding charters of this union say “We the people”, not “We the persons”. Person means persona – corporate persona.

U.S. Individual is a persona corporation created by the federal government. And get this? Feds create a corporation named after each baby. Baby becomes man or woman and lives life as officer/mister/ms. of that person. What a scheme? Almost as devious as The Matrix; a whole lot easier though.

If anyone does receive a federal benefit, such as working for the government or selling to the govt, then that activity is taxable, and that man or woman (not person) should use the 1040 NR for nonresident aliens.

BTW, first name means first part of the name and last name means last part of the name, and of course middle name means the middle. What’s the first name of Burger King? Burger. Get it? First and last names refer to persons/franchises/corporations.

Whereas one’s given name and one’s family name stand on their own. We have John of the Myers family, not John Myers.
