Of course, they’ll pretend thy home is a residence, which can mean boarding house. They’ll pretend thou is a resident, which means transient, as in resident-alien.
Traffic means commerce. Intercourse means commerce. It’s all commerce because federation only has jurisdiction over commerce.

For this reason, first challenge their jurisdiction over men and women on the land. Whereas they are claiming jurisdiction over commerce. Require a jurisdictional review. And be specific.
Challenge In Personam jurisdiction: whether thou is the person defined.
Challenge subject matter jurisdiction: whether thou is defined in the law brought by the prosecutor.
