“There’s no place like residence.” if govt re-made The Wizard of Oz

If govt remade The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy would say “There’s no place like residence.” ‘Residence’ means place for govt official to reside/work while away from home. They say ‘residence’ so they can presume we’re govt workers and must follow U.S. Code (of conduct).
