Their playbook: they redefine words to make them terms

This is their playbook. Not only did Feds redefine “asylum” to be basically ‘leaving a worse economy,’ they also redefined these:

Person: trust, LLC, Corp, and the ambiguous ‘individual’; does NOT mean men or women. https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/7701

United States: a corporation (created by Congress to get around Constitutional limitations. ✏️So there is still Congress — Pres, Senate, Congress — but there is ALSO United States, the corp) https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/3002

United States also often refers to govt operations – the thing. Often not defined since obvious when in their INTERNAL operations guide, called the U.S. Code.

U.S. Person: franchise of that United States (the corp.)

Citizen: officer of the govt. (see Obama clip https://youtube.com/watch?v=oaoqvh94lHA)

Individual: sole proprietor (of a U.S. Person, which is a franchise of United States, the corp created by federal govt) https://educatedinlaw.org/2023/12/w-9-tax-form-proves-individual-means-sole-proprietor/

Employee: Govt workers or corporate officer https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/3121

Which leads to:

Wages: payments to employees, which they define as govt workers and corporate officers. Most of us receive pay but not wages. https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/3121

Trade or Business: govt worker (technically performing the functions of a public office. Most stores are NOT a ‘trade or business’ https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/7701

Though never a phrase to begin with, and a mouthful, they pushed this on us:

Motor Vehicle: taxi or freight truck (an automobile used as a taxi is a ‘motor vehicle’) https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/31

Driver: chauffeur or truck driver (anyone using motor vehicle obviously for-hire). Most of travel not drive. I may travel at 80 mph on desert roads in my automobile, but I don’t drive in a motor vehicle at 80 mph.

State: Only U.S. territories and sometimes only Wash DC! https://law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/31

They tell us one definition but use another. Simply defining many of these words is suspicious. Why define ’employee’ or ‘state’ other than to deceive people?

 

When feds sue us they use VERY SPECIFIC terms they define in their U.S. Code (of Conduct). They don’t say ‘where do you live?’ They say where is your ‘residence’.
