No need to be ‘tax protestor’ bc the federal income/excise tax only applies to (1) govt workers, (2) business profiting from federal assets such as timber, and, most insidiously, (3) those using the U.S. Person franchise, berthed/created when anyone born.
Of course, I’m not a tax protester. I’m not liable for the tax! Nothing to protest. If I did cut down timber on federal land, or sell a jet to United States (the fed govt), or use their insidious U.S. Person franchise, then I would pay the tax, because I’d be liable.
Most ppl started to pay the income tax when it was promoted as the WW2 victory-tax. It was voluntary of course. But then feds defined ’employee’ to be govt workers or officer of the U.S. Person/franchise, and said all ’employees’ liable for the tax.
They flooded the U.S. Post Offices with the 1040 tax form which is an internal form. Just like Walmart has internal forms for their employees. It’s all internal to United States (which is the fed govt or it’s corporation called… United States). Since it’s all internal, United States has its Internal Revenue Service.
We are without United States (the fed govt operations and the corporation name as such). We are external to it.
The 16th amendment says ‘all sources’, yes, all federal sources, more specifically the 16th amendment sought to correct a ruling 20 years earlier about rents and dividends related to FEDERAL sources, not private businesses.
The income/excise tax is constitutional!! It’s just mis-applied to work that is NOT related to federal govt operations or federal land or the esoteric U.S. Person franchise thrust upon people as soon as they’re born.
Get these core points right, and thou will sleep better at night.
Everyone loves Indiana Jones opening scene where he gets the gold idol, after crossing many traps that fool less experienced explorers. The feds have set up many traps as well in the income-tax realm. Doesn’t mean one can’t be like Indiana Jones.
