We have a right to travel as men/women on roads in a non-reckless way.
Feds and states pretend we drive/chauffeur on ways (govt/public) as resident-aliens trans-porting stuff as operator in commerce.
Must rebut their false claims. Silence is agreement.
Also:
- Don’t register automobile.
- Get manufacturer certificate of origin (MCO)
- Don’t say ‘reside’.
- Not member of the public (which means govt operations; as in public schools).
- Not operating anything! Operate implies operate a business, as in run a good operation, such as taxi-service or freight truck. Not operating in commerce!
- Not a motor vehicle. Thou has automobile, not a motor-vehicle (which is obvi odd phrase and a mouthful)
- They are policy enforcers. Police is a French word for policy. The damn snobby elitists are still speaking French!
Traffic is traffick–as in move goods for hire. So it’s can’t be a traffic stop if one is not trafficking anything. Must rebut this as well.👀
Even the word ‘way’ means a road used by the public, which we are not. We are part of the private. So it might be a ‘way’ for them, but it’s a road for us.

We have been TRAVELING on roads for thousands of years. Horses were the motors for carriages. Now we have internal-combustion engines. No impact on our freedom to travel as men/women on the land.
What has changed? The engine? Suddenly we then need permission to travel because we stopped using horses. Ridiculous!
State and city govt are NOT restricting travel. They presume we are driving as resident-aliens operating a business, and that is what they police.
That they paved the road is their business.
