Good video about income tax scam

Good video about the income/excise tax ruse with respect to non-federal, private-sector pay. Waitress did not receive tips as defined in U.S. Code. She doesn’t use zip codes, which imply federal.

She adds, “I hereby declare there has never been a §3401 or §3121 employer-employee relationship; furthermore, no tips or wages were ever made nor received in the course of any statutory “employment by an employer.”

Me prefer to send letters but if one does use their INTERNAL forms, then this is accurate.

IRS Form 4070 titled Employees Report of Tips to Employer from Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service dated August 2005 with OMB number 1545-0074. Fields include employers name address and ZIP code filled as Jane Doe 123 Liberty Street Bird-in-Hand Pennsylvania 123 with Employer Identification Number 45-6789 and social security number 123-45-6789. Checkboxes for cash tips credit card tips and tips not reported with amounts 1 Cash tips 2 Credit card tips 3 Tips not reported in boxes 1 and 2. Month or shorter period from January 10 2016 to February 9 2016 with signature and date fields. Footer notes for Paperwork Reduction Act Notice and declaration stating there has never been a 3401 or 3121 employer-employee relationship furthermore no tips or wages were ever made nor received in the course of any statutory employment by an employer.

Jane did not evade the tax on federal income because Jane not liable. Expert language here: calling it a tax on federal income, not a federal income tax, which is less clear and can be and is misconstrued by millions.

Here’s man who zero’ed out the FALSE 1099 issued by someone who paid him. He runs a business, not a ‘trade or business’ which is defined in US Code as performance of the functions of a public office. In other words, ‘trade or business’ means govt worker.

This slide from the video explains that Honest Abe has taxable federal income from his day job but non-federal income from his part-time work at a private-sector company. He makes federal income and non-federal pay. Only the former is subject to tax on federal income.

Last but not least we have everyday private-sector worker Honest Rella zero out the erroneous and false claims on W2 issued by her private-sector company. Yes, she was paid but this is not ‘wages’ from ’employer-employee’ contract as defined by THEIR U.S. code. Me prefers to write letters, not use their forms, but this is overall accurate. Don’t use zip codes.

More from Honest Rella as she has read their U.S. Code, specifically 26 USC 3401 and 26 USC 3121, and knows she did not receive ‘wages’ as defined because not in an ’employee-employer’ contract, as defined in their code. They imply everyday use of words, but use their terms, which has special meaning.

Warning, must also deny receiving compensation for services in United States (which means the federal government).

All of the people above autograph (not sign) using option 1 from 28 USC 1746, placing themselves rightfully without/outside the United States (which means the federal gov operations).

True story: port-pass/passport office gave me 1746 option 2 but I edited it to be option 1. Then they said i can’t edit the form, but gave me form with option 1, proving they know there are two options – without United States or within United States.
