DeSantis may be governor of Florida (the state) but he’s speaking as governor of federal territory, defined as a state, and called State of California. Note federal flag (w/gold military trim). The Federal flag only relevant to federal government and international relations.
He’s not talking about or to the people of Florida. He’s talking to the resident-aliens and federal citizens (U.S. Citizens).
He’s not talking about land either. He’s talking about legal-fiction lots (lot of what?).
Don’t want to be taxed on thy land? Well, first rebut that it’s a lot. Then claim allodial title, which is what they are claiming. Let them prove in common-law court they rightfully have allodial title. I’ll wait. See Richard’s video.
