Classroom education never made any sense. Better to learn at work by doing and from experienced colleagues. Govt forced classroom education to control what we learned, while the envious communists wanted everyone to move at the same pace.
People drop off their boys and girls because they’re de-facto daycare, only to have their boys and girls taught gibberish and have them learn to hate learning.
After 16 years (!) of classroom education, only small % of people ever want to touch a book again — all due to PTSD from reading about topics no one cares about, lugging books back and forth, doing more ‘home work’ and being tested for not practical purpose other than to pretend it all has value.
The fact that school admins will graduate anyone these days is great, since young ppl need to spend any time on the prescribed dated topics and instead watch video tutorials and even run a business from high-school daycare.
The highest paid people have the most experience. They have tried and failed and solved. They have seen it all. K-12 and ‘college’ provide zero experience.
