We have the unalienable right to peaceably assemble but need permission/license to travel by automobile? Truth is we have an unalienable right to travel as well. So obvious that state and federal/federation constitutions don’t mention it. The ‘driver’s license’ is a ruse.
We have been traveling on wheels for centuries if not thousands of years. The cart on wheels. The horse and buggy. Only recently did governments say we need permission/license.
Governments can’t stop us so they (1) defined driving to mean moving customers and/or freight and (2) convinced us to call ourselves residents, which means resident aliens.
We’re not ‘driving without a license in a motor vehicle on a way’.
We’re ‘traveling by automobile in an automobile on a road.”
They have jurisdiction over the former, not the latter.
Is this easy? No. Why? Because people want thy money. White-color crime steals vastly more than street crime. When an officer stops someone in an automobile for traveling, the officer is committing a crime. It’s not different than if the officer tried to stop someone from walking, running, riding a bicycle. We have a right to travel, FFS. Few things are as basic as the right to travel.
Now we can’t harm anyone. We can’t recklessly use an automobile. We can’t disturb the peace. But we sure can travel peaceably by automobile for the goal of assembling peaceably.
How can people assemble if they can’t get there? Obviously we have an un-a-lien-able right to travel.
They are putting on an act. They have been trained to say specific words to bring thee under their jurisdiction. Seriously, they train officers to speak in a certain way so their ruse holds up in court. So we have to assert the truth to thwart their scheme.
