Fed govt redefines words but does not announce the change.
– Person redefined as corporation, trust, LLC.
– Employee redefined as government worker or corporate officer.
– Driver redefined as operating transport for hire.
– Trade or Business redefined as performing the functions of a public office.
– Individual redefined as sole-proprietor.

And the word ‘include’ is restrictive, not expansive. It’s a fence. Only what is listed is included.

In the context of the federal government, such as with its forms or if one of their agents questions thee:

Is thou a person? No. Because person means corporation, trust, LLC. Defined this way countless times in the U.S. Code (of Conduct).

Is thou an employee? No, because employee “includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. Does thou have a ‘trade or business’? Not likely because ‘trade or business’ includes the performance of the functions of a public office. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/7701

Is thou a driver? Not likely since driving means to carry passengers or car-go for hire in a motor vehicle (which means taxi or cargo truck).

Is thou a person? No, because a person is a trust, LLC, corporation etc.

Is thou even an individual? No, because individual means sole-proprietor.

What do all of the above have in common? Money. The politicians, the govt workers, the recipients of govt programs ALL WANT THY MONEY. They have deployed countless schemes to make thou think thou owes the govt money. This is usually false, especially with respect to the federation govt (aka federal govt), which only has a contract with the states, not the people of the states.

Federation/federal agent: “Are you that person?”
Answer: “No.”

That may sound and seem odd but it’s the truth. The feds are lying about the words person, driver, employee, individual, trade or business, etc. There are more examples, such as student, which is a person, which is an LLC. Even parent is defined as a person in state and likely federation code (of conduct).

So answer accurately from the start! Get them into estoppel – they can’t move forward. It’s all a phishing scheme to dupe state citizens into believing they are subjects/slaves of the federal and state governments.

We are fine with contributing money to pay for the roads, battleships, tanks, and maybe 4th of July fireworks. Tell them to take a hike for the rest.
