Truth is ‘wages’ are payments to federal workers or payments to corporate officers.

DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE FROM US CODE

We are meant to believe wages is the money paid by Home Depot to its staff. Truth is wages are money received as officer of a US Govt corporation. What is the corporation? Might be JOHN JONES.

  1. US Govt creates corporation/franchise for each baby born. JOHN JONES Inc berthed when John of the Jones born.
  2. Grown-up man or woman files tax form under name of Franchise – JOHN JONES – and is considered officer of that corporation! Sneaky!!!🚩 ☠️

Payments to corporate officers are defined as wages, and wages liable for the tax. See last part of 26 USC 3401 (c).

“For purposes of this chapter, the term “employee” includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation.”

When John of the Jones works at Home Depot and completes 1040 form, John is claiming to be paid ‘wages’ as officer of JOHN JONES, the U.S. Citizen franchise.

Therefore must rebut the presumption that thou is working through the U.S. Citizen franchise. Must rebut thou is working as/through JOHN JONES and state thou is working as the man, John of the Jones, who is not officer of corporation and does not want his payments to be treated as wages!

There are de facto officers of a corporation, such as the CEO of Microsoft. That company made the mistake of ‘incorporating into’ the behemoth and must consequently pay a tax on that privilege and the officers must as well.

But most of us are men and women on the land with un-a-lien-able right to work without paying federal tax.

States can tax their people but most states operate through their corporations, STATE OF _______, and just ask what is the federal taxable income. For most of us, that would be zero.

For the two million federal workers, they need to ‘make a return’ of the money that is federal property less any deductions they want to claim on the 1040 form.
