Question: about the COLB i have been trying to get it for 5 years every which way i can and no no no no no it was just a souvenir i was told last attempt.
Answer: Don’t sweat it. Just write affidavit stating the truth. Autograph under penality of perjury and ‘without United states and under the laws of The United States of America”. Maybe have a friend witness autograph, but not essential.
Thou knows the truth. Let them claim and prove otherwise.
In the affidavit or declaration (maybe better description) state on the record when thou was born and to whom and that mom was wed (no maiden name needed).
Unregister to vote. Rescind driver’s license (though this is tough). Send declaration to Sec of State (some ppl do this; me did but me thinks they either sent it back or said does not compute).
Some might say to record declaration with county recorder.
Don’t need COLB to know that federal excise/income tax only applies to federal activities and to federal franchises (the person/individiual). Don’t be this. Live in the private as man.
Get state flag and post outside home. Original state flag. Don’t use federal stars and stripes.
Point is, COLB is helpful but not necessary.
