The United States Code states ‘motor vehicle’ mean a taxi or carriage carrying something for ‘commercial purposes’. Therefore, most of us DO NOT HAVE ‘motor vehicles’. The state code says the same but in a convoluted manner. Regardless, must policy/police officers wear the United State flag meaning they are federal or follow federal law.
18 USC 31 Definitions (a) (6) Motor vehicle.— The term “motor vehicle” means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo. Fed Gov rolled out this rebuttable scheme because the Fed Gov is allowed to regulate commerce. So they pretend everything is commerce. Everything.
Most of us use ‘cars’ to ‘travel’. Fed and state policy/police officers assume we are in ‘motor vehicles’ and engaged in ‘driving’ which is also a commercial term, as in taxi driver or truck driver.
When stopped by the pirates on the roads one must first get out of the car and lock it.
- Then explain the code’s definitions that ‘motor vehicle’ is a commercial carriage and that thou is not conducting commerce. Therefore the car is not a ‘motor vehicle’.
- Also driving is a profession with (paying passengers). Therefore I am not a driver.
- Since i am not driving and not using a motor vehicle, this carriage does not need to be registered.
- Lastly, I am not resident. I am a citizen of [say the state name].
Also, don’t call the roads ‘highways’ because I think Richard: McDonald says that is a commercial term as well. He says they may have built a ‘highway’ on top of the road but that is not our problem. We’re using the road. He says they are welcome to pull up the highway before him and put it back after him. See his audios
The odd term ‘motor vehicle’ is outright suspicious. They needed to create a new term to confuse everyone. Motor vehicle means taxi or cargo truck.

By the way, 18 USC 31 also uses the deceptive State definition where they redine State to mean the territories. Their policy/police officers might say this does apply to the states. They mean the territories.
