- Truth: The federal government has jurisdiction over United States, meaning federal operations or the corporation they created named United States. The feds are not above The United States of America, which is a perpetual union of 50 nation-states.
- Deception: So the feds pretend everything is about United States, and duped people into thinking United States means The USofA.
- Truth: The federal government has jurisdiction over DC and the territories.
- Deception: So they pretend everywhere in The USofA is a territory. The term ‘State‘ is defined to mean territory. Then they say such-and-such applies to the States (capital S since they’re talking about a defined term), but they are technically saying the statute only applies to territories. And, of course, it applies only to the territories because that is the only area where/when they have jurisdiction.
- Truth: The federal government has jurisdiction over federal U.S. 14th-Amendment citizens, whereas we are state citizens
- Deception: So they pretend everyone is a federal U.S. citizen
- Deception: So they pretend everyone is merely residing/working in the 50 states but domiciled within United States, therefore giving Feds jurisdiction and denying people their un-a-lien-able rights. Homes are called houses (businesses) or residences (temp home for ambassadors). Resident is short for resident-alien.
- Truth: The state and local governments control the public.
- Deception: People have been duped into believing they are members of the public. Public means government, as in public school. We are members of the ‘private’ and also sit above the public (meaning civil servants). Public means “of or relating to a government : authorized by, administered by, or acting for the people as a political entity, as in the public prosecutor.” Dictionary; X post
- Truth: Residents need driver’s licenses.
- Deception: Resident is short for resident-alien. They are visitors to the state. They are not state citizens. We, the state citizens, are not residents/resident-aliens. We must always say, ‘No, me not resident”. Or better, if they ask ‘Are you a resident of _____?” Always, “No.” Thou may live within a state, but thou is not a resident. Either one is a citizen, with unalienable rights, or one is a resident with 14th Amendment revocable civil rights (for civil servants).
- The resident deception is the crux of many restrictions that don’t actually apply to state citizens.
- Truth: The federal government has jurisdiction over commerce.
- Deception: So they pretend everything is commerce.
- A baby being made with sea-men (not sperm) and being born is described as a ‘delivery’ or ‘berth/berth’.
- Persons (not people) have ‘intercourse’ (not sex) Intercourse means trade. The Articles of Confederation mention intercourse. Rest assured, it was not a reference to sex.
- Traveling is described as the profession ‘driving’ with (paying) passengers in traffic/trade.
- Deception: So they pretend everything is commerce.
- Truth: The federal government can tax use of federal property or any money made from federal operations, such as working for the government.
- Deception: So they pretend all trade is related to the federal government. More specifically, they have duped people into describing their private non-govt work to be govt work, and therefore taxable.
- Deception: So they pretend the 16th Amendment authorized an income tax. To the contrary, the 16th Amendment merely corrected a court case less than 10 years earlier. The 16th Amendment merely said rents and dividends out of govt enterprises are taxable.
- Deception: So they pretend all income is taxable despite admitting at the beginning of their tax code that the tax is only on ‘taxable income’ (noted above) not untaxable income. What is untaxable? Pay from a private business.
- Truth: The federal government can create corporations and tax anything benefits people gain from those corporations. For example, the federal government created United States Postal Service. This is not the post office system.
- Deception: The federal government creates a corporation when everyone is born and that corporation has a security number. John of the Smith family is born. Fed Gov creates ‘John Smith’, a corporation, a person. People have been duped into conducting their lives through these corporations and therefore making their work taxable. Though all is based on fraud and easily rebutted.
- Deception: The federal government, via their ‘public’ schools, teaches young people gibberish. They teach that person means people so that people admit to being the corporation. Person, in their code, means corporation, LLC, trust or other legal entity.
- Truth: The federal government writes statutes or legislation that apply to federal govt operations and the territories.
- Deception: So they pretend statutes apply to people in the 50 states. They dupe state citizens into calling themselves U.S. Citizens and U.S. Persons, thereby making the statutes apply to them. But, again, all fraud, not truthful, but must be rebutted.
- Deception: So they pretend legal which refers to legislation is the same as lawful which is common law. Something could be illegal but lawful. Illegal means it violates a statute, whereas unlawful means it’s against common law. What is common law? The unwritten acceptable customs of a land-based community. The 50 states, maybe except for Louisiana, are common law.
- Deception: So they pretend the only courts are equity courts. The truth is that we can request a common law court. They would then march that gold-trimmed flag out of the courtroom and convene a 12-people jury of peers.
- Truth: State governments can care for abandoned babies and make them wards of the state.
- Deception: Moms are duped into stating they are indigent and further to ‘deliver’/abandon their baby, at least on paper. The state accepts the baby, places it in a nursery, then gives the baby to the mom and dad who are now mere guardians. The state govt can take back the baby at any time.
- On birth certificate, my mom listed as informant with her unmarried name and having abandoned her bastard son
- They pretend I’m a bastard, create a trust for me, then i never claim it!
