Motor Vehicle scam more complex on state level

While I recently noted the United States Code defines motor vehicle to be a taxi or cargo truck, the motor vehicle scam at the state level is more complex.

Virginia code hides the ‘motor vehicle‘ scam in the terms ‘vehicle‘ and ‘highway‘, it seems.

• A ‘vehicle’ is used on a highway, and
• a ‘highway’ is a road used by the ‘public’.
• The public are govt employees.

Therefore, for most of us, our cars are not ‘vehicles’, which means we’re not ‘driving’, therefore don’t need license/permission and don’t need to register our private conveyance.

From the Virginia code:
🚚”Vehicle” means every device in, on or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn on a highway…

🛣️”Highway” means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use of the public

Note, they don’t say ‘road’, they say ‘highway’. Furthermore, the term ‘highway’ includes all roads! Why not just say roads? 👀 Because their code only applies to the public, which is govt employees.

The NativeBornCitizen PDF also states that resident (aliens) need permission/license to use a vehicle. Therefore I must also declare state-citizen status to rebut their presumptions I’m a resident (alien) or domiciled within Virginia. DMV only gives licenses/permissions to residents (aliens).

46.2-323: ‘The applicant may also be required to present proof of identity, residency, and social security number or non-work authorized status, if required to appear in person before the Department to apply. https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title46.2/chapter3/section46.2-323/

46.2-323: “B. Every application shall state the full legal name, year, month, and date of birth, social security number, sex, and residence address of the applicant”

State citizens have homes or abodes, not a ‘residence’ which means temporary.

Note how a ‘legal name’ is required, not just a name. The legal name is part of the U.S. person/LLC scam.
