My Notices: (“Notice” as defined in Black’s Law Dictionary 4th edition)

I, Wayne Kirk, herein after, “I,” “Me,” “My,” or “Myself”; one of We the People in posterity to and a beneficiary of the Constitution of the United States of America, March 4, A.D. 1789 and as amended, December 10, A.D. 1791, have no memory of or any intent to conduct myself in relation to a federally-created, subject class, purported to be ratified 14th Amendment “U.S. citizen: nor enter territorial to as a resident of “MARICOPA COUNTY” or a resident of “STATE OF ARIZONA” as defined at 28 U.S. Code § 82 or 28 Code § 3002 (14) where both MARICOPA COUNTY and “STATE OF ARIZONA” are a political subdivision of the United States as defined at 28 U.S.Code § 3002 (15).

I, at all times retain and invoke all my private, God-given, Constitutionally-protected and Unalienable Rights, Titles, Privileges & Immunities, Benefits, Claims and Defenses pursuant to the Constitution of the United States of America, March 4, A.D. 1789 and as amended, December 10, A.D. 1791 and the Constitution of Arizona, February 14, A.D. 1912.

Confidentiality & Electronic & Personal Communication Notice:
I, at all times, do not grant anyone or any federal or foreign entity the right or authority to collect, record, transmit or use of my private messages including email, phone calls, letters in mail, or even face-to-face conversations and this also includes liability for any government operating with the consent by the federal United States to collect data.
If such breach of my private papers occurs, the damages are $120 million per event in lawful constitutional legal tender of gold or silver -or- federal reserve notes but only accepted without any benefit and without My consent and by without prejudice.

Legal & Equitable Construction Notice:
I alone have the sole authority to determine the nature of my acts or the definitions of the words I use and I will never grant anyone the authority to use legal, equitable or ANY form of construction to determine on my behalf.

Summons & Judicial Process Notice:
I have absolutely NO DUTY to accept ANY legal process OUTSIDE of the territory in which I have claimed, retained and invoked being; “The State of Arizona” as defined in the Constitution of Arizona at Article 6 Section 25 and “The United States of America” as defined as the public corporation within the Articles of Confederation and later, in the Constitution of the United States of America, March 4, A.D. 1789.

Any attempt to commit mail fraud or any other device, trick or scheme to serve a judicial notice OUTSIDE of the soil of Arizona or any other several State of the American Union is nothing less than lawless violence up to treason and those involved is evidenced by their very acts and will be held fully accountable for their dishonorable, immoral and treasonous acts.

Contract Notice:
I, at all times, will never grant my voluntary consent to any purported unilateral and adhesion Terms of Service (TOS) agreements, furthermore, I declare that all TOS agreements are null and void, ab initio (at the beginning), due to material omissions which is “bad faith” and thus, there is absolutely no meeting of the minds where I would EVER grant my consent to abandon my private, God-given, Constitutionally-protected and Unalienable Rights and the constitutional republican form of government that I, and each of the several States of the United States of America, are guaranteed.  All persons identifying themselves as U.S.citizens or as a resident alien or as a person (corporation) that are registered within the federal United States under Title 28 and subject to it’s jurisdiction have been given absolute lawful notice of my status & capacity as an Arizonan and you are to cease and desist in any unlawful, fraudulent or treasonous act in relation to Me and My Unalienable Rights as aforementioned.
