Only ‘persons’ must attend/work at school. Persons are LLCs. ‘Student’ and ‘Parent’ are persons.

No boys or girls are required to attend k-12 schools, at least not according to the code by me.

The code is written for persons, which means personas, which means business entities. The 2nd birth certificate creates a person, and that person must make their child ‘persons’ attend/work at school. Boys and girls are still free.

Here is the section about forced attendance. It applies to persons, not people (living men & women):

§ 22.1-254. Compulsory attendance required: Except as otherwise provided in this article, every parent, guardian, or other person in the Commonwealth having control or charge of any child who will have reached the fifth birthday on or before September 30 of any school year and who has not passed the eighteenth birthday shall, during the period of each year the public schools are in session and for the same number of days and hours per day as the public schools, cause such child to attend a public school or a private…

The code specifically states it applies to “parent, guardian, or other person“. Here is their definition of person:

§ 22.1-319. Definitions: “Person” means any individual, group of individuals, partnership, association, business trust, corporation, or other business entity. (source)

Let’s look at the sentence structure. The definition ends with ‘or other business entity’, and that means that all examples in the definition are business entities. Consider this possible definition: citrus is oranges, clementines or other fruit. They are all fruit because the definition ends with ‘or other fruit’. The definition of person ends with “or other business entity.”

Then we get to parent, which is also a person, as I expected, and also stated above:

§ 22.1-1. As used in this title: “Parent” or “parents” means any parent, guardian, legal custodian, or other person having control or charge of a child. (source)

Now what is their definition of a student? Also a person/LLC.

§ 22.1-271.1. Definitions. “Student” means any person who seeks admission to a school, or for whom admission to a school is sought by a parent or guardian, and who will not have attained the age of 20 years by the start of the school term for which admission is sought. (source)

Student means a person, and we know from the above that person means a business entity.

The word ‘parent’ is common in business, and that’s the first clue that something is amiss; that we’re using business terms to describe our flesh-and-blood families. K-12 teaches this deception.

Their definition of a parent is for the entire title [section of the code], which is about education.

** We have been taught a ‘person’ is a boy or girl or man or woman. But in their code, they define ‘person’ as a business entity. Believe it. It’s right there. **

There are plenty of official school policies that will mention boys and girls. The overriding code only mentions persons. It mentions different types of persons, but they’re all persons. They’re all LLCs.

This mandate only applies to persons, meaning the LLCs created by the state. Their LLCs. We don’t even have to look for the definition of child since the mandate is on the ‘parent‘, which is a person/LLC. The parent/person/LLC controls their sub-entity, ‘child’, and must ’cause such child’ to attend/work at school and do school-work. Both the parent and the ‘young’ ‘person’ are entities created by and therefore controlled by the state.


There’s a saying in these circles: ‘All crimes are commercial’. Because what we think is the law is technically businesses executing transactions with each other or a ‘parent’ entity controlling it’s sub-entities. The saying should be “Everything is commercial” (if one uses the franchise entity to conduct one’s life).

It’s important to get an overarching point.

  • Each of the 50 states has free people.
  • To get around this and fraudulently control these people, the states created municipal corporations called STATE OF ILLINOIS (etc).
  • These corporations create persons/LLCs for each baby born via the 2nd birth certificate. The first one is created at the hospital, of course, for the baby born. The 2nd one after the fact creates a person/LLC.
  • Then the municipal corporations have a code that specifies what the agents for the persons/LLCs must do.
  • We are still free but we act as agents for persons, and therefore inadvertently agree to the policies of the LLCs enforced by the policé officers. It’s all fraud, though.

When the policé officers arrive at the home (not house) where the agent lives (not resides), what should the mom and dad do? Maybe here are some options:

  • “We didn’t know the 2nd BC created a person/LLC and that it mandated restrictions. We claim the state and hospital registrar misrepresented what the 2nd BC does. We claim it is all void for fraud.”
  • “The person does not reside here. This is a home, not a house/business. Only people are here, and they are living dad, mom, boys, and girls.”
  • “None of us are persons. For all of us, the flesh lives and the blood flows. You must have the wrong place. Keep looking.”
  • “There is no one named JOHN SMITH here.”
  • “We don’t want to contract with you.”

Attend school for a person

I have considered the idea of offering to work for a person of school age and attend/work at school for that person. I expect any agent for a person/LLC may have someone to attend/work school for the business. Or maybe it is the agent specifically who must attend/work at school.

I also thought we could pair homeless people with persons of school age. The homeless man could attend/work school for the person/LLC and get a heated place to stay and likely a free lunch, and could shower in the gymnasium area. The flesh-and-blood boy or girl would stay home and watch YouTube videos to learn SaleForce programming skills and earn $300 per hour eventually.

“Shall” means in the future

The word ‘shall’ is possibly a key word in the overall statutes mandating schooling for persons. ‘Karl Lentz’ has stated in a video that ‘shall’ means in the future. It’s a promise. One can simply say, yes, I shall attend school. It’s about the future, and the future never arrives.

The first definition of ‘shall’ is about the future. Only the third definition talks about a requirement. It’s as if they added that definition or usage to fool us.

b —used to express simple futurity; when shall we expect you
2 —used to express determination; they shall not pass
3 a —used to express a command or exhortation; you shall go
b —used in laws, regulations, or directives to express what is mandatory; it shall be unlawful to carry firearms

a : will have to : MUST
b : will be able to : CAN

Even though they constrain the overall statute to persons, they seem to additionally protect themselves by using ‘shall’. They could if needed say they never told anyone to do anything. It was all to ‘express determination’.

It’s like the health scares where they pretend to have or threaten to exert an authority to force people to do something when we all later find it they did not have that authority and, with the help of their ‘media’, they scared people into obedience.

More Grammar

The plural version of person is unmistakably odd. Most people would say people. MLK said, “Let my people go.” He didn’t say, “Let my persons go.”. The code is not talking about living boys and girls. The state is talking about their persons, the ones they created

§ 22.1-3. Persons to whom public schools shall be free.
A. The public schools in each school division shall be free to each person of school age who resides within the school division. Every person of school age shall be deemed to reside in a school division:

The definition above also weaves in the verb reside which means to work. Musicians do ‘residencies’  within Las Vegas. Physicians can be ‘residents’ at hospitals. The code shown above talks of persons/businesses that reside/do-business in a school division. This code is not talking about boys and girls.

The word individual is actually an adjective. It’s intentionally vague. We are meant to think ‘individual’ means man or woman. It does not. I might say in a sentence, “we need such-and-such for each individual weight.” The word individual is an adjective.

Birth Certificate Required

Their code states that birth certificates are required for admission to their schools. I expect they mean the 2nd BC for the LLC.

§ 22.1-3.1. Birth certificates required upon admission; required notice to the local law-enforcement agency.
A. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, no pupil shall be admitted for the first time to any public school in any school division in this Commonwealth unless the person enrolling the pupil shall present, upon admission, a certified copy of the pupil’s birth record. (source)

Now the 2nd birth certificate did create a person, and the mom and dad requested this person be created for their new boy or girl. That person/LLC provides privileges but also responsibilities. One of the responsibiities is to send an agent to attend/work at the school or the state will bring the LLC’s agent to the school or jail.

Based on the definition above, ‘person’ is a business entity. We know that these municipal corporations, masquerading as governments, only can control the persons/LLC they create.

Identity is ID Entity

When the policé officers ask for an id-entity, they are asking and they must have an entity/LLC on which to apply their policies. The code is not law. The code is code or policies for persons/LLCs and the policé officers enforce the policies. More

Babies are born not birthed/berthed

For each baby born, these municipal corporations create LLCs and name them by combining the baby’s given name and family name, like Burger King. They can tell the operators of the LLC what to do.

They  can’t control people.

But they can control persons.

People/babies are created by a man and a woman. The certificate of live birth records this event.

Persons are LLCs created when mom and dad mistakenly request the second birth certificate, which is really the act of requesting an LLC for their baby.

Right there on the 2nd birth certificate it says it’s for a ‘person’!

There is a world of difference between the Certificate of Live Birth and the Birth Certificate. The 2nd one does not have the word live in it. Why would anyone need the 2nd one if one has the first one? Well, the hospital doesn’t tell mom and dad about the first one. They even have a code phrase for it now: ‘the worksheet’

The most important part of their code is the Definitions. I learned this from reading Cracking the Code which reveals the crucial definitions in the tax code such as that wage means money paid to a federal employee or that ‘trade or business’ means to “perform the functions of a public office.” They teach us the incorrect definitions in K-12, then use different definitions in their code.

Though it is important to note that definitions can have limited scope. We have the definition of ‘parent’ below that only applies to a specific ‘article’:

A. “Parent,” for purposes of this article and regulations promulgated thereto, means: 1. A biological or adoptive parent of a child; (source)

The above definition has the word ‘biological’ to imply a homo sapien but the main noun is ‘parent’, and we already know the definition of a parent, which is a person.

I believe it’s been said that all roles in the courtroom are persons as well (see video clip). It’s a bunch of LLCs seeking arbitration for an implied contract.

So many persons, but no people!

§ 22.1-1. “Person of school age” means a person who will have reached his fifth birthday on or before September 30 of the school year and who has not reached twenty years of age on or before August 1 of the school year. (source)
