In this video, FBI employees ask for someone’s ‘residence’ not home, because a residence is where a ‘resident’ works/resides. A residence is not a home where one lives. It is a place for work. FBI has jurisdiction over their residents/employees. I don’t have a residence. I have a home.
The FBI agents also said they have [an] information, which legally is an accusation of a crime that does not need a grand jury to proceed. “Information” is not benign. I would need to rebut all false informations.
The word ‘information‘ is stated along with indictment and complaint in the Interstate Agreement on Detainers, meaning information is accusatory.
“Article III of the Agreement permits a prisoner to initiate final disposition of any untried indictment, information, or complaint against him/her in another State.” (source)
