Bill Turner – the best mentor out there right now – records a fundamental video about rights for people in Australia – the police state – and most other nations, such as these united States. See #australiahasfallen on twitter.

Key Points
- Every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent.” Cruden v. Neale 2N.C. (1796) s SE 70
- “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons.” Penhallow v Doane’s Administraters Supreme Court of U.S.A.
- Police operate by consent.
- If you don’t know your rights, they trick you. They do this by contract.
- Never argue, never agree and never go silent. Otherwise you are in dishonor. You are being dishonorable. Otherwise you will engage in an automatic contract, under THEIR rules. So instead, we MUST ASK, “Do I have the right to remain silent?” Then remain silent.
- If ever you should be stopped, ask – “Have I been detained?” Then if thou is, they must tell you why and read you your rights. The have to say, “You have the right to remain silent” – Then say, well then “Great I will.”
- If they should threaten you with arrest. Police can only deal with criminal affairs – not civil – so ask, “Is that a civil or criminal matter?” They have no right in civil matters.
- They break the rules. They will use force and fear. But go peacefully with them.
- To trick you, they will address thee as ‘mister’ or ‘you’ . Always use your first name, ONLY. Say, I’m sorry, I am not Mister Doe, I am John. Mister or Miss is the ALL CAPS fictional surname. We were not given that at born (birth).
- “You” is plural and it can mean anyone! Who is ‘you’? It could be them.
- They will ask if you understand. Just answer NO, as yes means that you stand under them.
Understand

I - The judge needs jurisdiction. To get jurisdiction, they will need us to sign something. They normally do this in one of two ways. They will ask for thy property, then they ask us to sign for the property. Need to realize the property is us. So never sign anything.
- Or they will ask you to sign a bail bond. Just say, I don’t understand. I can’t sign that. If we sign, then the judge has jurisdiction. If they ask us to sign a bail bond, say sorry I can’t do that. Then they can’t let you go. Fine, stay overnight.
- Politely decline to sign anything. They will resort to force and fear, normally. The moment they threaten us, we can now sign under duress. So we sign with “Signed under threat and duress.” Then the judge does not have jurisdiction.
- If anyone should knock on your door (see Australia video). We do not have to answer any questions. We have the right to remain silent. But we must ask, “Do I have the right to remain silent?” They must answer yes.
- Should they continue to question, we can do one of two things… “Under the privacy act, I cannot disclose anything to you.”
- Or we politely tell them, three times, “I’m sorry, but you are now trespassed, please leave immediately.”
- Now we must give them notice. “If you ever come back here, we will have the police remove you under our trespass notice.”
- Be courteous to the cops!

I am not ! I am a citizen of the state of Vermont.
What are you confused about here?
I would say i am a citizen of Vermont. The State of Vermont may be federal land within the borders of Vermont. It’s another trick they use to trick state citizens to accept federal law.
