Here’s a website to check out. I quickly review the first page and learned a few points. That sold me. Also this site is a top (organic) referrer to Educated in Law.

Here’s content from the home page:
In my opinion, the most important part of the process of being a sovereign and living on the private side is to get a corrected passport and/or a passport card. I would use the Passport Card as ID and in place of a Driver’s License unless you are engaged in commerce. You can get good instructions on completing the passport application at coppermoonshinestills.com

Some people advocate adding an explanatory statement to the application. https://www.educatedinlaw.org/affidavit-for-passport/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8N0TPOdx1A8

If there is any push back in submitting your application this way, just say you are willing to take the chance that the legal department will deny your application costing you extra money. It is easier that trying to explain that this is perfectly acceptable to the passport agency.
This apparently gets you a near diplomatic passport. Because you are not under the laws of the UNITED STATES by being a non-citizen national of America, when a police officer or other checks your name and birthdate, it will reportedly say:
RESTRICTED
DO NOT STOP, DO NOT DETAIN, DO NOT INTERROGATE.
LIFETIME CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT

Except for being stopped by police is there anyway to determine whether or not
this is true statement regarding a Diplomatic Passport??
RESTRICTED
DO NOT STOP, DO NOT DETAIN, DO NOT INTERROGATE.
LIFETIME CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT
We need to find a database field that they use to indicate if someone used to be considered a (14th Amendment) U.S. Citizen.
As for concealed carry, I would check thy state constitution or state jury verdicts (common law) to see how concealed carry is treated. I would encourage thee to open carry, as this sends a message to criminals in the community that the people are ready to act if a crime occurs, such as if someone robs a store, we’ll be outside waiting.
